We provide digital marketing, creative, and strategy services. We are not a registered company at this time. All engagements are conducted as a sole proprietorship.

4. No Payment Processing
We do not collect payments through this website. All financial arrangements (if any) are handled:
- Via direct bank transfer, or
- Through agreed third-party invoicing
No credit card data is stored or processed by us.
5. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If dissatisfied, contact us — we address concerns in good faith through service revision or credit toward future work.
6. Intellectual Property

Delays caused by you may extend timelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in dispute
- We do not guarantee specific business results (ROI, sales, rankings)
We act in good faith — these limits protect sustainability of our small operation.
9. No Warranty
Services provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service. We commit to reasonable professional standards.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
We prefer amicable resolution — contact us first.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for fees for work completed. We deliver work paid for.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
13. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.
